The FY2026 Anterix annual meeting of shareholders will be held on August 4, 2026, at 9:30 AM EDT. The Annual Meeting will be held virtually by webcast at www.virtualshareholdermeeting.com/atex2026. A replay will be made available after the conclusion of the meeting.

An Anterix representative will present at the Oppenheimer 29th Annual Technology, Internet & Communications Conference, being held virtually on Thursday, August 13, 2026.
