As previously announced, pdvWireless, Inc. (the “Company”) hosted an Investor Day on Tuesday, May 21, 2019. The event included presentations by Morgan E. O’Brien, Chief Executive Officer, Rob Schwartz, President and Chief Operating Officer and Timothy Gray, Chief Financial Officer, to discuss the Company’s business plans and objectives.
