On October 31, 2022, Anterix Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company will hold a conference call at 9:00 A.M. ET on Monday, October, 31, 2022 to discuss the agreement the Company has entered into with Xcel Energy Services Inc.. To participate in the conference call, please dial +1-888-267-2845 and use the access code: 591414 . A replay of the conference call will be available on the Investor Relations page of the Company’s website at www.anterix.com/events. The Company also announced that it will cancel its analyst and investor conference call, which was originally scheduled for Tuesday, November 8, 2022, and intends to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended September 30, 2022 on Monday, October 31, 2022 after the markets close.
